- Responsible for International flight Ticketing and Reservation
- Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status.
- Understanding customers’ needs
Job Specification
- Minimum 2Â years of experience in reservation online system International (IATA)
- Excellent command of English language.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Candidate should be an overall pleasant personality with an overall positive attitude
