Job Description
  • Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
  • Handle company emails and communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
  • Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
  • Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management/Notorized etc.

Duties and Responsibility of Receptionist

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, IT skills and should have pleasant personality
  • Minimum 1 yr experience in the related field
  • Should have knowledge about accounting
  • Must have good sales skills.
  • Must be smart & Charming Personality
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team
  • Must be good knowledge of Computer Applications like the word, excel, power point, outlook, photoshop etc
  • Should have own scooter
