Job Description

Responsibility

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the area of receptions, waiting rooms, and entrances
  • Record use of any items from First Aid Box
  • Check and maintain stock of required items
  • Greet and welcome customers, offer drinks and assign on waiting area with reading materials
  • Identify and address the issue/ concerns
  • If not able to address, refer to designated representatives
  • Cater to any information needs of customers/ visitors/ clients
  • Understand and communicate about directions, locations of said dep. or service
  • Make phone calls and followups to various individuals as requested by CSD, CRM, GSD.
  • Record and be informed about any expected guests as directed by various employees/ departments
  • Maintain record of Guest's logs on daily basis
  • Present weekly report
  • Receive the mails/packages/gifts/ parcels on behalf of the receiver
  • Record the details of parcel received
  • Inform and deliver the items to the intended receiver, within the same day or 24 Hours
  • Receive the mails/packages/gifts/ parcels on behalf of the receiver

  • Receive and maintain record bookings of meetings (associated floors)
  • Inform and communicate on managing meeting hall's occupancy hours

Job Specification

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Level in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Reception Desk (Corporate Houses) Technical Skills:
  • MS Offices and document-making

Behavioral Skills:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify what they want a system to accomplish.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Proactive and a Team Player.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Persuasive in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong Analytical Skills
