Job Description
  • Handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers accurately and efficiently
  • Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office
  • Count money with speed and accuracy
  • Print and write legibly
  • Understand and follow oral and written directions
  • Learn procedures, functions, and limitations of assigned duties
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Verify goods/services and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Job Specification
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience 
  • Basic computation to carry out the duty of cashiering.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Smart Personality
  • Professional attitude and appearance
