- Making calls to New and existing customers to analyze the satisfaction level of customers.
- Assign customer‘s technical problem to customer service department via Trouble ticket.
- Effectiveness in report preparation.
- Handing inbound calls of customers.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by Supervisor as on when required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali.
- Team player,polite and pleasing personality.
- Should be able to work under pressure and with targets.
