Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to New and existing customers to analyze the satisfaction level of customers.
  • Assign customer‘s technical problem to customer service department via Trouble ticket.
  • Effectiveness in report preparation.
  • Handing inbound calls of customers.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by Supervisor as on when required.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali.
  • Team player,polite and pleasing personality.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and with targets.
