Job Description

Reporting: HR Manager and Program Manager

• Uploading posts on Social Media (website, Facebook, Instagram, twitter and LinkedIn), updating galleries and posts after every program in social media and replying to the comments on social media
• Communicatig with several organizations, agencies and fixing the meeting as requested by Program Department and HR Department.
• Writing articles and content for website; prepare ppt if required.
• Do first hand communication to organization and agencies as requested and also respond to media inquiries.
• Collaboratively working with Program Assistant in communicating with different agencies for fund.
• Carry and distribute pamphlets to various manpower’s and other signified place
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization and put forward the organization in a best way.
• First hand counseling about organization.
• Visiting various places for promotion of organization and its programs
• Assisting Program manager in networking process with other NGOs and corporate agencies.
• Should also handle administrative task: visit bank for deposit or withdrawal and any kind of banking work.
• Assist Program Manager in Proposal Writing and Report Writing.

Job Specification

• Bachelors’ (Marketing Preferred)
• Should own two wheelers.
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office package.
• Requires to have a two wheeler.
