International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a non-Government Organization that was established in 1952 and serves poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development services.  In Nepal, INF Nepal is now providing health and community development services in the provinces of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.

For the following position, INF Nepal community programs are seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, missions, and values.  

Position: Project Officer                                                                                      
Required Number: 1                                                   
Location: Banke with frequent visits to INF Nepal’s other projects areas 

Purpose of the Job:    

The post holder is the lead person responsible for the timely implementation of the Active-AHT Project, ensuring the highest level of work performance, and achieving the project's desired results and impact. S/he is also responsible for maintaining a good relationship with relevant government and non-government stakeholders for the sustainability of the project.

Job Specification

Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:

  • Bachelors in Development or Social Sciences or other relevant academic backgrounds with 3 year’s work experience in community development including Anti-Human Trafficking or safe migration or Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
  • Good understanding of the project management cycle 
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali 
  • Proven ability in the leading project team 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Words
  • Ability to work effectively in crisis situations and frequent travel to project areas.
