Job Description
- Develop and maintain institutional sales relationships with business houses, consultants, and corporate Industries
- Ensure products are specified on the tender documents as set forth by our partners
- Timely communication regarding the tenders submission deadlines to the senior directors.
- Coordinate with other sales executives across our network to meet the various needs an institution/tender might have.
- Utilize all resources as provided by the company.
- Supervise & manage projects.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Job Specification
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales..
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
