Position: Project Manager-Purnima WASH (Premium Job)

The Role

The Project Manager - Purnima WASH is overall responsible for the management of Purnima-WASH Project. This position will also play a key role in implementation of the project and will be accountable for the delivery of project on target, on time, on budget, on result with compliance and quality. S/he will play important role in connecting Oxfam with government, development partners, private sector, and national actors and donors and work closely with  stakeholders for synergy and sustainability.

What we are looking for

Project Manager-Purnima WASH will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

• Master’s Degree in in any discipline related to WASH - civil / water resources /environmental sanitation engineering
• Hands on programme management experience with at least 5 years’ experience (strategy development, project cycle management, HR and Financial Management, online MIS, and the use of excel),
• Technical knowledge/experience in WASH, water governance and sustainability of community structures
• Gender, feminist and rights-based programming.
• Proven team leadership and proven track record in achieving great team performance and sound ability to work together with others and independently as required
