Job Description
- Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department.
- Planning for the purchase of FMCG goods, services, and supplies.
- Monitoring and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, evaluating, and approving products and services.
- Implementing an offers campaign to the retail department.
- Coordinating retail store's Incharge regarding fulfillment of products.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information.
- Maintaining good supplier relations.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Job Specification
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the purchase-related field.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
