Job Description
- Identifying business opportunities to pursue and creating business proposals to support their ideas
- To ensure the right material and services will be negotiated and procured at the optimum price, delivery and favourable terms & conditions.
- Establishes and maintains strong business relationship
- Follow procurement policies and procedures
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Job Specification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any field preferable in construction & trading
- Possess good negotiation skills and good knowledge of construction costs and related rates.
- Must be able to E-bidding contract related documents & negotiate
- Good report writing and documentation skills in both English and Nepali language
- Good english profeciency as well as writing skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills
