Job Description

Workstation: Country Office with field visits
Contract Duration: 2 years initially
Job Specification:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Experience: 3 years in field of Physiotherapy, preferably focused on capacity building
Attributes:
- Knowledge on RMS, ability to providing technical inputs for national level rehabilitation documents
- Excellent knowledge on the functioning of rehabilitation professional associations such as NEPTA, ANOT and POS Nepal
Job Description:
- Facilitate training and capacity building initiatives for clinical staff of Physical Rehabilitation Centers (PRCs) and public Physiotherapy Units through NEPTA
- Support NEPTA to organize conference
- Support 5 ex-STRIDE PRCs to continue quality assurance system, including Rehabilitation Management System (RMS)
- Support 5 ex-STRIDE PRCs and Government PTs to upgrade PT equipment
- Support to Technical Advisor for drafting guidelines and protocols related to rehabilitation services
- Support to Sustainability Manager for conducting managerial capacity building activities through NASPIR
- Support PRCs to organize outreach services at public PTUs
