  • Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit
  • Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages in writing or verbally
  • Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • ​Devise and maintain office filing system
