Job Description

In this role, it is important that you develop a strong working relationship with each of your partners. You should be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and is comfortable working in fast-paced environment.

The role demands development and review of daily operational tasks including formulation of plans, policies and guidelines in line with NRB requirements.

You will work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups as well as with external partners, to improve the quality of our services and efficiency and scalability of our operations. Drive efficiency of our payment’s products servicing work-streams to ensure outstanding customer service and support. 

You should also develop and drive improvements across internal and external partners to create best-in-class operational experiences through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, review, and update operational policies and procedures across the organization
  • Effectively handle partners, subject matter authorities, executives and other internal groups through effective written and verbal communication Lead change
  • Engage with colleagues across cross-functional teams to identify integration points and dependencies, and developing high level solution proposals for these integrations
  • Planning short and long term operational and business goals and achievements
  • Run operational readiness of new features or policy changes. Lead regularly scheduled, cross-functional updates and business reviews
  • Perform Operational risk management and develop operational backup plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge loss
  • Track and create and present monthly department-wise management information reports
  • Budgeting and financial output reporting of each department
  • Ensure information and IT security against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
  • Ability to triage problems, root cause issues quickly and provide appropriate responses to customers, internal teams, partners and regulators 
  • Ability to lead case work, queues and SLAs
Job Specification
  • Bachelors in any faculty/ACCA/CA
  • Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm towards work and with proactive nature
  • Strong knowledge in policy, planning, and standard Operating procedures (SOP) of the department
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures from time to time
  • Encourage subordinate and train of regular business activities
  • Identify and resolve day to day operations task
  • Should have leadership and team player attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams, utilize outstanding influencing skills, and demonstrate strong senior-level/executive communication abilities
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and unpredictable work environment
  • Ability to deliver large scale projects on-time with consistently successful results while working across departments and time zones
  • Knowledge of financial technology, digital technology, project management, and back-office work
