Job Description
- Collaborate with national training departments to identify and implement new programs.
- Maintain all new processes and promote all marketing programs to optimize growth.
- Assist department in recruitment and training of staff and identify all strengths and weaknesses provide support to marketing team.
- Develop, manage and organize all marketing materials and provide an interface with company staffs.
- Assist various departments to initiate strategic decisions and manage development of marketing collateral.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Should have agent data bank, good relations with agents and manpower recruiting agency of Nepal.
- Must be responsible & result oriented
- Develop & maintain good working relation with clients.
