Job Description

• Support in marketing manager in managing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Conducting promotional activities.
• Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
• Balancing patient accounts and taking payments for services rendered.
• Reviewing bills and claims for accurate information.
• Entering data into the company’s database.
• Handling incoming and outgoing email and physical mail.
• Maintaining and protecting employee payrolls.
• Maintaining all staff and patient files in the company’s database.
• Preparing billing reports and other documents to provide to government agencies as needed.
• Identifying and resolving problems and inaccuracies in date entries.
• Extensively interacting with patients, physicians, policy representatives.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
• Proven work experience in marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Solid understanding of research techniques.
