Job Description
- Proactive monitoring of DWDM network of intercity and international circuits
- Proactive monitoring of all core equipment of Data Centers
- Proactive monitoring of all network equipment of wired/wireless POPs and backbone links
- Proactive monitoring of power status of all POPs
- Proactive escalation of issues to concern department and follow up for issue resolution
- Add/delete elements from monitoring system according to requirement
- Daily reporting to supervisor
- Working hours would be 24x7 around the clock on shift wise
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any technical discipline, preferably BIM,BIT that provide management training as well.
- Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
- Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
- Pleasing personality and good communication skills in English and Nepali
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Possession of vehicle and driving license is desired
