Job Description
- Manage and monitor inventory data integration via mobile apps & Oracle Inventory.
- Regular monitoring of inventory staging data from the backend using SQL queries.
- Resolve RFQ-related issues.
- Resolve Purchase Order related issues.
- Manage and monitor uninstalled/refurbished devices via integration.
- Create and manage inventory master items and categories.
- Help and support Inventory issues in branches.
- Periodic guidance and training via Teams to branches or as required.
- Prepare inventory data using excel for manual integration and data management.
- Create SCM-related SR requests using Oracle Metalink (My Oracle Support) and communicate further for resolution.
- Communicate with the Oracle Consultancy team for further SCM-related support and resolution.
- Take care of all Oracle SCM related modules that are being used in Worldlink.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in the Financial sector is recommended
- Good Knowledge of Logistics. Financial knowledge will be added qualification.
- Polite and positive attitude with good discipline.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Good Working experience in Worldlink Logistics as well financial process of Oracle ERP.
- Or sound knowledge of Oracle ERP SCM functional.
- Polite and positive attitude with good discipline.
