Job Description

  • Assist in Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain pool of candidates
  • Maintain up to date employee’s database
  • Conduct Onboarding formalities like employee’s orientation, appointment documentations etc.
  • Attendance and Leaves management and submit periodic report to concerned authorities
  • Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees
  • Provide required information to Accounts Department to administer payroll
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies
  • Coordination with vendors regarding invoices and issues related to outsourced employees
  • Assist to plan and execute employee engagement programs as per the HR Activities Calendar
  • Prepare various HR letters and reports as and when required
  • Explain organisation policies to employees and ensure implementation of those policies
  • Ensure timely performance evaluation of employees
  • Circulate HR notices using appropriate media
  • Facilitate Exit formalities
  • Handle employee’s grievances and report to concerned authority
  • Respond to HR related queries within the company
  • Coordinate with respective Line Mangers for training need assessment
  • Coordination with Factory HR in Bhairahawa
  • Assist Head of the Department in other related activities
  • Others as assigned by the concerned authorities

Job Specification

  • Candidates must have completed BBA or BBS
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Labor law and practices
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Hands on experience of MS office package (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
