Job Description
  • Play a pivotal role in organizational leadership focusing on efficiency, corporate culture and performance management
  • Provide inspirational leadership for the organization
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Formulate HR strategies for organizational goals and employee development
  • Work closely with management team to help build organisational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention
  • Lead an efficient, timely, and transparent recruitment process including selecting, orienting, and on-boarding
  • Facilitate annual performance evaluation process
  • HR Systems: Should be able to operate and execute System and Classic IS systems for seamless data management
  • Branding and External Relations
  • Oversee the operational management and facilities
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • At least four years’ experience in human resources management, administration, and organizational development practices
  • Able to multi-task and deliver according to deadlines
  •  Proven record in negotiation & conflict resolution
  •  Should be able to direct and oversee all HR process, the skill of strategic HR Planning & management and HR Policies along with Administrative Tasks
  • Should have extensive knowledge of employment laws & practices
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
  •  Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
  • Ability to Lead HR and Admin team for maximum productivity
