Job Description
  • Greet and escort guests to the table
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products, events, promotions and general information relating to the services offered by the company
  • Maintain current data profile of regular guests in order to ensure that personal preference are met e.g. tables, games, drinks, food, rooms etc.
  • Promptly respond  to guests requests in a considerate, professional and positive manner
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all related departments to run operation smoothly and satisfy guest’s requirements
  • Maintain and establish relationships with premium-valued gaming guests
  • Make special arrangements for various activities and services such as dining, wine, spa, excursions, flowers, private tours, special needs, and other various requests. Follow up to ensure amenities are delivered as specified
  • Work with Casino Cashiers to manage player’s deposit balances and withdrawals, where needed
  • Follow and remain updated on the company’s security/fire/safety procedures
  • Attend divisional and department meetings and trainings as and when scheduled
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Skills Required:

  • Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people. 
  • Since our job falls under customer service, it is necessary to have a cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude. 
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi are must. Knowledge of a common foreign language like Chinese, German, French, or Spanish is an added advantage. 

Scope of work-Responsible for performing a wide range of duties which includes but are not limited to catering to the needs of the guests, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations etc. Responsible for attending to the guests in a professional and courteous manner with the aim of delivering excellent customer service
