Job Description
  • Deal with telephone enquiries, screen and forward calls, provide accurate information, take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Greet visitors entering premises, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific personnel.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendar.
  • Maintain and update necessary records and files.
  • Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
  • Manage matters related to reception/office appearance and utilities in coordination with relevant staff.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (class scheduling, arranging class material etc.)
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Specification
  • At least 10+2 or equivalent degree and training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Front office experience preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) programs.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills (Nepali and English).
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
