Job Description

Job Tasks:

  • Greet guests at the entrance of the premises.
  • Answers call and route to the specific person or department.
  • Answer inquiries about the company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure that they are comfortable.
  • Schedule, organize and follow up appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipments.
  • Perform basic book keeping, filing and clerical jobs.

Incl. Apartment

  • Undertake front of house duties that includes meeting, greeting and attending the needs of guests in order to ensure superb customer service experience.
  • Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
  • Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
  • Be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
  • Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
  • Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Administer all routes of reservation to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately.
  • Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
  • Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Adhere to all fire safety test procedures and assist in the evacuation process in the event of fire.
  • Perform other related ad hoc duties as required by the management.
