Job Description
- Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
- Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management etc.
- Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
- Handle company emails and communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
Job Specification
- Must have good Command over English/Nepali
- Must have completed Intermediate level
- Must be smart & charming Personality
- Able to work individually as well as in a team
- Must be good knowledge of Computer Applications like the Word, Excel, Power Point
