Position: Finance officer (Premium Job)

Job Description

Responsibility

• Entry of daily transactions in accounting system
• Reconciliation all bank accounts
• Funding to Domestic Agents
• Periodic reporting as and when required
• Update of transactions within next day of transaction.
• Reconciliation to be completed within two working days.
• Funding as per plan and fund availability
• To be sent as and when required

Job Specification

Qualification

• At Least Bachelor’s Degree in management with 3 years’ experience in remittance industry. (Finance Department)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in office package (preference to advance excel knowledge)
• Knowledge of Remittance software (IRemit system)
• Knowledge of Accounting system

Behavioral Skills:

• Communicate with stakeholders to identify what they want a system to accomplish.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Proactive and a Team Player.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Persuasive in both written and verbal communication
• Strong Analytical Skills
