Job Description
  • Helping the Executive Chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
  • Emphasis on guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs
  • Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.).
  • Enforce health and hygiene standards
  • Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Ensuring hygiene standards of the kitchen are maintained
