Job Description
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (Social media)
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Asking and recording the feedback to the customer regarding our services 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Describe the company’s services to persuade potential customers through various channels
  • Telecommunication and Cold Calling to generate leads
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales
