Job Description
- Customer care and management by handling customers' inquiries and complaints and providing a prompt response with a solution related to After-Sales Service
- Co-ordinate between the Customers and EIPL Service Engineers regarding the aspects like scheduling, confirming, and cancellation of service bookings, road side assistance, repair, maintenance, and spares parts change information
- Service Management through definition, implementation, monitoring, and control of service standards, workflow, and processes
- Spares Parts Management
- Warranty claim management
- Organization and management of service campaigns
- Maintain database and documentation related to After-Sales service
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Management with 2 years of experience in Automobile After-Sales or Master's Degree in Management with 1 year of experience in Automobile After-Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skils
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer operating Skills
- Two- wheeler license holder
