Job Description
- Plan, forecast and analyze international education market demand and trends
- Provide viable study options based on students’ merits and expectations
- Plan, execute and monitor successful student recruitment
- Counsel students and parents, helping them understand and process genuine documentation
- Provide regular reports on student counselling, enquiries, follow-ups, and applications
- Report back to the management on CRM on assigned KPIs
Job Specification
- Minimum undergraduate degree holder
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- In-depth knowledge of the international education system and recruitment process for Australia (no exceptions)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
