Job Description
- To plan and supervise the daily operation of the cost control, food and beverage stores, receiving, and purchasing departments, through guiding.
- Supervising concerned personnel in the execution of their assigned tasks and duties.
- Also, prevent and detect accidental errors and / or fraud related to the receiving, issuing, and sales of items in the hotel’s F & B operation.
- Overall responsible for the Food & Beverage cost control operation in the hotel.
Job Specification
- At least 4 years’ experience in related field
- Must have good knowledge of Food and Beverage costing, menu price setting, ratio analysis, standard rate of food cost in industry, budgetary control mechanism, variance analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer & Software Packages, electronic document management
- Comprehensive knowledge of business administration as well as food and beverage inventory systems
- Analytical, problem solving and prompt decision making skills
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
