Job Description
  • To plan and supervise the daily operation of the cost control, food and beverage stores, receiving, and purchasing departments, through guiding.
  • Supervising concerned personnel in the execution of their assigned tasks and duties.
  • Also, prevent and detect accidental errors and / or fraud related to the receiving, issuing, and sales of items in the hotel’s F & B operation.
  • Overall responsible for the Food & Beverage cost control operation in the hotel.
Job Specification
  • At least 4 years’ experience in related field
  • Must have good knowledge of Food and Beverage costing, menu price setting, ratio analysis, standard rate of food cost in industry, budgetary control mechanism, variance analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer & Software Packages, electronic document management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business administration as well as food and beverage inventory systems
  • Analytical, problem solving and prompt decision making skills
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
