Job Description
  • Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Commis I & II in the daily operations

 

  • Prepare the Mise en Place required for the daily operations

 

  • Strain and change all deep fryer oil as instructed by the Demi Chef de Partie

 

  • Store and stock food inventory as per departmental guidelines

 

  • Clean and sanitize all food storage areas, walk in fridges, freezers, ovens, freestanding hot and

cold boxes and dry storage cupboards

 

  • Ensure that the food preparation area is clean at all times

 

  • Report equipment breakdowns to DCDP

 

  • Ensure that breakages, wastages and pilferage in the Kitchen are kept at a minimum

 

  • Report any disciplinary issues to the DCDP

 

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Specification

Responsible for performing a wide range of duties which includes but is not limited to preparing the mise en place as per the quality and presentation guidelines and cleaning and sanitizing the storage areas etc.
