Job Description

The business development manager, or BDM, informs others about the company's products and services and serves as a point of contact for new and assigned existing clients. The BDM's primary goal is to increase and innovate every potential business opportunity that exists in the competitive marketplace and contribute to the company's growth. 

  • Making contact with potential clients in order to develop a connection and set up meetings.
  • New marketing strategies are being planned and overseen.
  • identify new opportunity, through research on businesses and individuals.
  • Increasing the worth of existing consumers while also onboarding new ones.
  • Identifying and expanding new markets, as well as increasing revenues.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Creating quotations and proposals
  • Assess the need of the customer/brands and recommend them the right solution.
Job Specification
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Sales, marketing, or a similar industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
  • Exceptional organizing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive with little instruction, to be proactive, and to deal with ambiguity
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
