Job Responsibilities
The business development manager will lead sales and client-relationship management,
track new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services,
proposes and writes proposals and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet
business needs and requirements.
The Business Development Manager reports to the Executive Director and interacts with
the operations team.

Job Description
● Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,

accomplishments.
● Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;

● Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal
requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal
priorities.
● Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new
venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials.
● Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and
negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business
operations.

Job Specification
Qualifications:
- MBA in Management with Marketing or Business as a Major Subject.
- Prior experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
