Job Description
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to run office efficiently by controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, managing office supplies, and assigning and monitoring required operational functions.
  • Maintain front office and customer response operations by establishing work schedules, assigning employee(s); resolving customer problems by providing information; answering questions as necessary.
  • Build/cultivate and manage new business opportunities, key and prospective partnerships by initiating communication via telephone, networking and follow-up on outreach, payment, inquiry, etc. as needed.
  • Maintain proper database, spreadsheets; generate necessary reports, documents and other management information as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of students’ attendance and students’ progress.
  • Conduct general or course-specific student counselling.
  • Liaise with trainers/academic partners to facilitate training courses.
  • Arrange/schedule and conduct appointments, meetings and presentations in coordination with relevant parties.
  • Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with relevant staff as necessary.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant events, establishing personal networks, etc.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Specification
  • At least 10+2 or equivalent degree and training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree preferred. Experience in educational institutions/consultancies preferred.
  • Experience in office management helpful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills (Proficiency in English and Nepali - oral and written).
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
