Job Description
- Must be able to control and guide service staffs, teach and direct them,
- Must be able to perform all the working procedures and should be able to explain the menu items along with its preperation procedure
- Fluently take orders and should be able to up-sell and make a suggestive sales
- Monitor and maintain all the working procedures and abide by the policy
- Fully follow the customer service techniques and fully operate certain area or outlet
- Must be able to take oders, explain the menu, co-ordinate and control the junior staffs
- Should be able to manage the outlet in the absence of senior by following the proper working procedures
