Job Description
  • Follows and do the checklist and other daily job assigned by the team leader or senior.
  • Configure network hardware like servers, routers and switches
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Maintain, backup and restoration of switches/routers.
  • Provide prompt and accurate support and communication to interdepartmental staff and vendors.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. 
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and patches

 

Job Specification
  • Good knowledge of prompt and accurate support related to network
  • Good sound experience in installing, configuring, monitoring security application/software and device and troubleshooting skill
  • Good knowledge of enterprise-class level security using routing, switching, firewall, VPN, IPS
  • Good communication with problem elocution on simple language
  • Flexibility in working hour
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Must have two wheeler along with license
