Job Description
We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Sales and Marketing Operations Assistant. S/he shall be responsible for reporting directly to the Manager and fulfilling the Manager & duties in their absence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as second-in-command to the Manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors (online and physical).
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Checking inventory, updating logs, spreadsheets and databases.
- Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings)
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Social media handling.
- Being updated with technology and market trends.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
Job Specification
- Undergraduate or equivalent.
