Position: Assistant Sales and Operations Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Sales and Marketing Operations Assistant. S/he shall be responsible for reporting directly to the Manager and fulfilling the Manager & duties in their absence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as second-in-command to the Manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors (online and physical).
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
• Checking inventory, updating logs, spreadsheets and databases.
• Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings)
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
• Social media handling.
• Being updated with technology and market trends.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.

Job Specification
