Position: Assistant Manager- Technical Support (Premium Job)

Job Description

Key Accountability:

• Accountable for planning & coordinating preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and associated task as scheduled.
• Allocation & leading people resources on assignment & monitoring the progress
• Ensuring skills enhancement of the team leading to optimum quality productivity.
• Accountable for Safety & associated requirement as per company policy & country law

Expected profile:

• Sound knowledge in operation and maintenance of Electrical substations, Circuit breakers, Diesel Generators, Boiler, HVAC system, Water filtration, Hydro pneumatic system, Mechanical system, Laundry and Kitchen equipment.
• Decent knowledge of Fire Fighting system like Fire panels, Fire Hydrant, smoke detectors etc.
• Able to work under pressure
• Proven track record of organizing and monitoring all functional administration and communications and cross functional working together

Job Specification

Troubleshoots repairs and maintains improperly functioning gaming equipment, slot machines and fiber optics. Performs moves, installs, overhauls and configures slot machines as directed by management, performs preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine performance, moves and installs gaming devices as needed.
