Job Description
- Responsible to handle visitor or customer inquiries, provide 1st level solutions, track issues, and create tickets as per requirement.
- Handle Social Media, Telephone calls, emails and identify the issue/query and reply accordingly.
- Handle customer verification system and make outbound calls.
- Co-ordinate and Escalate the critical issue to the concerned department
Job Specification
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- At least 1 years' experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
