Job Description

 

  • Execute Sales of Liquor brands/products.
  • Meeting Customer Needs.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annually territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery, schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Monitor Liquor brands/products within their respective territories
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and market
  • Significant experience with a fast paced and high activity field team
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team. Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumer
  • Ensure merchandise ready to be displayed clean
  • Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory
  • Keep up with fluctuating demand and supply
  • Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards
  • To maintain high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan and company vision.
  • Selecting, coaching, motivating and monitoring a professional sales team to execute and exceed goals and targets for overall growth.
  • Establishes reasonable sales goals for a particular company based upon current market trends.
  • Identifies shortcomings in a marketing plan and makes adjustments as needed.
  • Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
