Job Description
  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Responsible for all administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.
  • Gather information and generate data on standard performance measures, maintaining contract files and reports, documenting policies
  • Prepare operational reports, and develop and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
  • Liaison and coordination with government agencies
Job Specification
  • A bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in operations
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written
  • Detail-oriented
  • Diligent and proactive
  • Respectful of deadlines
  • Other prerequisites of the job are organizational, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driving license
