Job Description
- Oversee elements of the design and construction processes
- Develop, organize, review building plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, etc.
- Consult with clients, take necessary feedback and incorporate required suggestions
- Ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards
- Determine and schedule different stages of the building process according to client needs
- Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines
- Follow up on the design works and also the after-sales follow up
- Frequent site visits to have knowledge on latest progress
Job Specification
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Experience preferred in a related field
- 3D Design/Auto CAD Training is preferred
- Computer Literate with a working knowledge of Office package
Office time: 9AM to 5PM
