Position: Administration Coordinator (Premium Job)

Job Description

AA Nepal is seeking competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the position of Administration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administration Coordinator is responsible for the overall administrative, procurement, logistics,  transportation, safety, and security management for the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation.
• This position will play a lead role to liaise with government agencies, external suppliers, and other concerned civil society organizations/stakeholders.  

Job Specification

Key Competencies Required: 

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/General Administration or its  equivalent from a recognized university. Master’s Degree in relevant field is highly  preferred 
• At least 7 years of work experience in a related field in a similar organisation (for Bachelor’s or its equivalent degree holder)  
• At least 5 years of work experience in a related filed in a similar organisation (for Master’s degree holder)
