Position: Admin Head/Senior Administration Officer (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Provide prompt and effective logistics support to day to day classes, CCAS, ECAS and other related activities or events of the college
• Manage procurements as decided and instructed by the program management
• Supervise goods receipts, issue order for goods and keep proper management control system
• Plan, supervise, arrange, manage and control construction works, repairing and maintenance and safety of the college premises
• Update records of the college assets, assign code numbers and control the fixed and floating assets with maintenance, control the assets effectively and produce reports of the assets
• Handle all problems related to water supply, electricity and power, drainage, properties, canteen and the upto-date repair and maintenance and transportation system
• Handle supervision and control all matters related to canteen management 

Job Specification

• Master’s degree in Office Administration or Public administration or related field
• At least 5 years of work experience as officer or higher executive level in a reputed office/academic institution or college
