Job Description
  • The Admin Associate is required to support a smooth functioning of the Country Operations.As a responsible member of HR and Admin team, s/he will be the lead person to provide effective, efficient and timely administrative support to the country team. S/he will be responsible for the delivery of adequate, timely and cost-effective administrative services.
Job Specification

Provide effective and efficient admin services by ensuring compliance requirement, value for money and cost recovery.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Secondary level of education with minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Nepali
  • Excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm to customer service approach
  • Knowledge and experience of using MS Office and other job-related relevant software
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with different departments
