Job Description
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, balance sheet and other necessary reports.
- Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties.
- Prepare revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Assist with annual audit preparations.
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Have clear understanding and working experience on Nepalese Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Custom Duty.
Job Specification
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
- Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.
- Results oriented and metrics driven.
Note:
- Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
