Job Description

Keep accurate records of daily transactions including daily voucher.
Ensure that all transactions are well documented and recorded and maintain all the books in order.
Verify each transaction, track bank deposits and payments.
Reconciliation of the bank statement, sundry debtors/sundry creditors and party ledgers.
Preparing and filing for VAT returns, TDS and generating invoice against them.
Ensure that all TDS has been deducted in line with the IncomeTax Rules & Regulations and to be deposited to the concerned authorities on time.
Making financial reports and submitting to the management on timely basis.
Ensuring the security of financial information and taking regular backups.

Job Specification

Minimum qualification Bachelor’s in Commerce.
Must be 2 years working experience in similar position.
Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, recognizing a result-oriented evaluation principle.
Must have experience in manufacturing sector.
