- Manage Account Balances
- Issue Invoice
- Carrying out the billing-process and sending out the invoices correctly
- Update accounting records with new payment & balances
- Report on activity in upper management

- Working knowledge of accounting software (Swastik)
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Candidate should have computer knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
