Job Description
- A working knowledge of personal computer operating systems and software packages, such as Word and Excel, is required.
- Follow technical instructions as well as understand and follow verbal technical instructions is required.
- Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement
- Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
- Sound knowledge of tds, vat, income tax & their filing.
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Ensuring all transactions & records are accurate
- Handle all transactions related to accounts.
- Managing company ledgers
- Processing business expenses
- Verifying balances in account books
- Verifying bank deposits
- Managing day-to-day transactions
Job Specification
- Should have basic computer knowledge (Mailing, MS Word, Excel, internet, report making, Data Entry)
- Great written and verbal communication ability.
- Good command in written and spoken English
