Job Description
- Order Management: Place purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers ensuring timely procurement of goods according to company requirements.
- Product Sourcing: Conduct research and inquiries for new products based on operational and market needs, assessing supplier capabilities, quality, and pricing.
- Supplier Coordination & Negotiation: Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate competitive pricing, discounts, and favorable payment and delivery terms.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Inventory Management System (IMS), including purchase entries, stock updates, and delivery tracking.
- Stock Monitoring & Audits: Regularly review existing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and coordinate with relevant departments for proper stock management.
Job Specification
- Conduct product research and sourcing to fulfill company needs.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain and update data in the IMS accurately and timely.
- Monitor inventory, review stock reports, and coordinate actions for excess or obsolete items.
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, and finance departments.
